I think it is safe to say that we have our worst look on when we wake up and it is everyone’s dream to wake up with a beautiful and breathtaking look just like how it is depicted in movies and shows. And what, if I tell you it is possible for you to wake up to flawless skin provided you practice a few tips and tricks here and there.
In order to wake up to flawless skin you would have to put in an extra effort which will be worth at the end of the day or rather at the start of your morning (pun intended).
Here are a few ways in which you can wake up with flawless skin :-
- Rub oil on your belly button
Say whattt? Yes! Rubbing oil on your belly button is one of the biggest skin care secrets and the benefits of it are endless. Our belly button is connected to millions of nerves in our body and a lot of problems could be solved by just rubbing a few drops of oil on your belly button.
You can opt for oils like coconut oil, olive oil or mustard oil. Massage your stomach with a few drops before bed and you are good to go.
- Consume the right liquids
By consuming the right liquids before going to bed you will not only improve your digestion, but you will also be doing a huge favor for your skin. You can either consume a glass of warm milk or cherry juice before going to bed. Both of the liquids help you sleep better and work its magic in your body during the night which help you wake up to flawless skin.
It is important to consume the liquids few hours before going to bed and make sure you consume the liquids in limited amount and do not drink too much.
- Go to bed clean
It is extremely important to have bath before going to bed. During the day, dirt, dust, bacteria and sweat tend to sit on your body and going to bed with all of that on your body is the worst thing that you can do to your body. So, make sure you have a nice warm bath before you hit the bed.
- Follow a night care regime
A night care regime is a must. People who follow a night skin care regime are not only likely to wake up with flawless skin, but also tend to slow the process of aging.
Make sure your night care products include serum, night cream and most importantly, under eye cream because no one wants to wake up with dark circles.
- Get adequate sleep
Sleep is called beauty sleep for a reason because it adds to your beauty. Nothing is more satisfying than getting adequate sleep. People who do not get adequate sleep are more likely to look tired and not to mention the crankiness that tags along with inadequate sleep. So make sure you sleep for at least 8-9 hours daily, nothing more, and nothing less.
